Warehouses, trade and business parks
Doral sits west of Miami International Airport and is best known for its logistics and distribution businesses. Warehouses, import and export companies, freight forwarders and wholesale operations fill its industrial blocks, with office parks and corporate suites mixed in alongside.
The workforce in a warehouse or distribution center looks different from a typical office. Floor staff spend long hours on their feet, shifts may start early, and a breakroom may serve far more people than the office space next door. A recurring order sized to your headcount keeps supply steady.
Easier access, bigger loads
Compared with a downtown tower, many Doral locations are simpler to reach. Business parks often have surface parking, and warehouses commonly have loading docks or roll-up doors. That makes it practical to bring a larger number of bottles in a single visit.
If your site is a gated park or a facility with a guard post, give us the gate instructions and a contact name when you order. For warehouses, tell us whether to use the dock, the front office or a side door, and where empties should be left.
Planning around shifts and traffic
Doral's roads carry heavy truck and commuter traffic, and many sites receive other vendors during the day. If your receiving area gets busy at certain hours, say so on the order. A site that runs several shifts can also name the person or desk that signs for deliveries, so bottles are not left sitting at a door. Keep a clear spot for empties where forklifts and foot traffic will not knock them over.
How to order for a Doral site
Pick your bottle count, enter the address and the delivery notes, and we confirm your route day. Pricing is $13.00 per 5-gallon bottle with $5.00 delivery per order and a 3-bottle minimum, so a larger site simply orders more bottles at the same per-bottle price.
