Offices in a vertical neighborhood

Brickell is one of the most concentrated business districts in Florida. Banks, law firms, investment offices, consultancies and a steady stream of international companies share a compact grid of towers, with restaurants and residential buildings stacked in between. Most workplaces here are suites on a single floor, which means a small pantry, a modest team and a real need for water that arrives without anyone having to carry it.

Because so many Brickell tenants are small and mid-sized teams, a standing order tends to be steady rather than large. Three bottles is the smallest order we take, and it suits a suite of a dozen or so people well. Add bottles as headcount grows.

How a delivery works in a tower

Most Brickell towers manage vendors through the front desk or a loading area. A driver typically checks in with building security, may be asked for a name and suite number, and is then directed to a freight or service elevator rather than the passenger lifts. Some buildings limit when deliveries can move through the lobby, so it helps to ask your property manager about vendor hours before your first order.

Bottles are heavy, and a service elevator is the difference between a smooth stop and a slow one. If your building asks vendors for paperwork, such as proof of insurance, tell us in the order notes so we know what to expect. Leave empties near your dispenser or pantry and we collect them on a later visit.
