A business community beside the Intracoastal
Aventura, in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, combines a large shopping center, waterfront condominiums along the Intracoastal Waterway and a busy base of professional offices. Medical and dental suites are especially common, alongside real estate firms, travel and import businesses, financial advisers and small private practices.
Many of these are small suites where a handful of staff share one kitchenette, which suits a modest standing order. Practices with waiting rooms also like to keep drinking water on hand for visitors throughout the day.
Practical points for Aventura deliveries
Office buildings here are typically mid-rise with garages and a lobby entrance, so a driver usually parks in a visitor area and brings bottles in through a main door or a service entrance. Some buildings ask vendors to check in, and busy shopping and medical areas can have heavy traffic at certain hours, so a flexible approach to timing is helpful.
If your suite is in a medical building, tell us about any rules for entering during appointment hours or which door the driver should use. We keep these notes on your account so they do not need repeating.
Condo-adjacent buildings and shared access
Many Aventura business addresses sit within or beside residential towers, so shared lobbies, garages and elevators are common. Delivery hours inside such buildings are sometimes set by a condominium association instead of the office tenant. Ask the building manager what applies to vendors, and add the answer to your order notes so the driver arrives prepared and the stop does not cause friction with neighbors.
Starting a delivery
Set up your order online with your suite, bottle count and any building instructions. The price is $13.00 per 5-gallon bottle plus $5.00 delivery per order, with a 3-bottle minimum, and we confirm your route day before the first visit.
